One of the best things you can do when you start building a team in your system. There are several ways to do this:

1. Yahoo Groups – a free service and a very easy way to do this. Most people are familiar with this.

2. MyFamily.com – this is the one I’ve used for years and works great. There is a charge after the first 30 days but it’s easy to navigate for everyone. These sites were originally created as ways for families to stay connected. Works great for a team as well.

3. Ning.com – relatively new but becoming very popular, Ning would be my forum of choice if I were to start a new team website now (too hard to switch everything over though I’m considering it). Very easy to use, user friendly and it has a lot of functionality for your team.

No matter what you do, start something like this the day you sign up your first recruit. You’ll be glad you did!
