Hi again…we’re coming in for the home stretch now and I hope you’re enjoying the course!

Today we’re going to talk in general about content… what in the world should you talk about in these audio segments.

Well, just like everything else in your direct sales business you have 4 main areas of business where recording can be used.

1. Booking/Hostesses

2. Orders/Customer Service

3. Recruiting

4. Downline Management

Over the next two days, let’s talk about some ideas in each area to get your wheels turning. You might want to make some copies of the blank audio outline form that I sent you on Day Two and have them close by as you think these through so you can jot some notes and ideas right away.

Booking/Hostesses
1. A voicemail line that you update each week giving potential hostesses your next available dates for parties

2. An email audio for your hostess giving tips to maximize her party… or if you have a separate website you can do a series of audios for your hostesses with standard information that they need to know for your parties. This will help especially these days when it’s hard to track down your hostess via phone, you can leave her a message telling her to go to the page on your website for her hostess hints. That way she can pop into your site anytime (like after midnight when the kids are finally down and she has a few minutes – you don’t want her calling your home then!) to hear.

3. Record a message about the monthly hostess offering from your company

Orders/Customer Service

1. Customer specials for the month audio

2. Product tutorials – take some time to go through your most popular items and talk about the benefits and features and any special uses of the product.

3. A monthly audio newsletter

Tomorrow we’ll talk about two other ways to use audio in your business! See you then!
