Direct Sales Quick Tip – Listen!

Today’s Quick tip is all about recruiting!

The key when you are working with someone who might be interested in your direct sales business is to LISTEN 90% of the time and talk only about 10% of the time. The easiest way to do that is to ask your potential recruit questions – lots of questions. Find out what their needs are, sincerely and honestly. Get a feel for what they would do with your business and then share from your heart how you think your business might work in her situation.
